Refund Policy

Leo’s Study Lab offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Study Lab+ memberships. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the date your payment was confirmed.

All payments are made in cash, in person at school or personally — there are no online transactions. To request a refund, speak to Leo in person at school, or get in touch through our contact page with your order reference number.

Approved refunds are returned in cash, in person, using the same amount you paid. Once a refund is issued, your Study Lab+ access ends.

Study Lab+ memberships are prepaid for a 1 Month or 1 Year term and never renew automatically. There are no recurring charges to cancel — when your term ends, premium access simply stops unless you choose to pay for another term.
